I’m part strategist, part human confessional, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’ve always been a high-performing leader who didn’t quite fit the traditional mold. I watched capable leaders struggle not because they lacked skill, but because the human side of leadership was treated as secondary, especially during change.
So instead of forcing myself into outdated expectations, I leaned into leading with authenticity, clarity, and presence (plus a bit of quirky charm). I built HMH Solutions to help other leaders do the same.
That perspective carries into everything I do. I build deep, genuine connections. “I’ve never told anyone this before” is something I hear often, because trust forms when leaders show up as whole humans. At the same time, I bring sharp strategic discernment—the ability to see both the clearest path forward and the subtle obstacles that quietly derail progress.
