"I’m part strategist, part human confessional—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’ve always been a high-performing leader who didn’t quite fit the traditional mold. While I was hitting the benchmarks of success, I was quietly wrestling with outdated expectations about how a leader "should" show up. Eventually, I stopped trying to fit in and leaned fully into leading with authenticity, transparency, and a bit of quirky charm.

 I build deep, real connections—and not just in passing. I’m often the person people confide in, “I’ve never told anyone this before” is a phrase I hear more often than most. That trust isn’t accidental; it comes from showing up as a whole human first. I also bring a sharp sense of discernment: I can spot both the clearest path forward and the sneaky obstacles that might derail it. My magic is in blending heart and strategy, and helping others do the same."

An accomplished senior leader, Heather leverages her vast experience and knowledge to help others navigate the challenges all leaders inevitably face. Her passion for developing strong, emotionally intelligent leaders drives her to create tailored strategies that guide others toward achieving their full potential, fostering individual growth and driving business performance.

Early in her leadership journey, Heather received feedback from a direct report that changed everything: 'You instill confidence in your employees.' At the time, she was leading Harvard graduates and professionals with decades more experience—yet it became clear that leadership isn’t about age, credentials, or title. Leadership is about empowerment.

Every leader has a choice: to build confidence or break it—and far too often, it’s the latter. Driven by this realization, Heather has made it her mission to equip leaders with the mindset and systems that create lasting transformation. Because true leadership isn’t just about influence—it’s about impact that endures.

As a lifelong learner, Heather also continually invests in training and certifications to ensure maximum impact when working with leaders and teams.

Kelly is dedicated to the practice of maximizing talent. Kelly takes a thoughtful, inquisitive approach to engaging clients, which organically empowers productive and healthy collaboration. With over 10 years' experience in talent development and employee engagement, Kelly brings a vetted yet progressive energy to both individual and team development experiences. Kelly has her SHRM-CP, is certified by the Human Capital Institute in Strategic Workforce Planning, and has a Bachelor's degree in English with an emphasis in Sociology.

Rebecca Sobolewski

Client Experience Specialist

Rebecca has a love for helping people achieve their very best. She is an attentive listener who is devoted to assisting others build confidence in their skills while finding resolutions to areas they are seeking to improve. Her positive energy overflows into others which keeps them actively engaged in learning.

Rebecca has more than two decades of teaching experience, including five years as an educational mentor which earned her the Mentor of the Year Award from Boise State University. She enjoyed coaching new instructors for seven years on the foundations of teaching, building relationships and professional culture, and time-management. This helped her earn the award of Instructor of the Year at Northwest Lineman College. Rebecca has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a minor in Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She also holds a John C. Maxwell Leadership certification and a Nutritional Therapy Practice certificate.
