This Genos International interactive program is held in four, two-hour sessions designed to equip leaders with the knowledge, tools, techniques, and frameworks to facilitate effective coaching in leadership.

Participants will:

  • Develop a coaching mindset
  • Learn the GREAT coaching framework and apply it for effective coaching
  • Gain insight and feedback on their own emotional intelligence
  • Be able to adapt their approach for context
  • Have learned and applied a framework for constructive coaching conversations.

*Bonus! Participants in this program also receive an individual 180° or 360° Genos emotional assessment and a group debrief.
