Our team engagements combine coaching and training for up to 12 individuals, fostering collective growth and accelerating results with built-in accountability. Each engagement includes bi-monthly or monthly 2-hour sessions, individual 360 assessments, and a group debrief, ensuring teams gain deeper insights, strengthen collaboration, and drive lasting impact.
